Website design & build
A custom WordPress site designed, written, and built for your business. Not a stock template with your logo dropped into the corner, and not a page builder you would have to migrate off in three years.
I start with what the business actually needs the site to do. Book more calls, sell a service, take applications, stop fielding the same question by phone twelve times a week. Then the sitemap, then the design, then the words, then the build. You see the end of every stage.
Everything is built on WordPress with a clean theme, which means you own it, you can hire anyone to work on it later, and it will still run in a decade.

Care plan
WordPress is not a set-and-forget appliance. Plugins update, hosts change PHP versions, forms quietly stop sending. A care plan means that is my problem instead of yours.

IT & tech support
Small business tech help without a ticket queue, a phone tree, or an offshore script. My background is IT support, so the plumbing behind the website is the same work, not a favor.
Most of what breaks for a small business is not the website. It is email landing in spam, a domain about to expire, a printer nobody can reach, a vendor who will not return a call. That is fixable, and it is usually faster to hand it to someone than to lose an afternoon to it.

Video & content
Photo, video, and words that give the site something worth looking at. A good layout cannot rescue a page with nothing on it, and stock photography of a handshake is worse than nothing.
Video production is the third leg of my background. If your site needs a two minute explainer, footage of the crew on a job, or headshots that do not look like a driver's licence, that does not need to be a separate vendor.
Questions
The things people ask before they call
What does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages and how much of it has to be custom, which is why I quote after a discovery call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for you. What I can promise is that the number is fixed, written down, and does not move unless you ask for something new.
Do I have to buy a care plan?
No. It is separate, and you can leave any time. I recommend it because an unmaintained WordPress site is a security problem waiting to happen, not because it is bundled.
Can you fix the site I already have?
Usually. Send me the URL and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or whether you would spend less rebuilding it. Sometimes the answer is that nothing is wrong and you just need a care plan.
Who owns the site when we are done?
You do. Domain, hosting, and the WordPress install are in your name on accounts you control. If you want to take it somewhere else in two years, you take it, and I will help with the handover.
Do we have to meet in person?
Not at all, most of my work is remote. But I am in Eaton, and Greeley, Windsor, Ault, Fort Collins, and Loveland are a short drive if a conversation goes better across a table.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes, and that is deliberate. Sites are built so you can change a phone number, swap a photo, or add a staff bio without calling me. You get training and written documentation at handover.
