Services

Two things, done well: building websites, and keeping small-business tech working. Here’s what each includes.

Website design & development

A complete website, built on WordPress with the Kadence theme — the same stack this site runs on. Every project includes:

  • Design and layout tailored to your business — not a template with your logo dropped in
  • Copywriting: the words on every page, written for your customers
  • Mobile-first build, tested on real phones
  • Speed and SEO fundamentals: clean structure, fast loads, proper titles and metadata
  • Training so you (or your staff) can edit content yourselves

Typical projects run 2–6 weeks depending on size. Fixed quote up front.

Care plans

After launch, a monthly care plan covers WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates, offsite backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, and a set amount of content changes each month. Cancel anytime.

Tech support & IT help

For businesses without an IT department — which is most of them. Common calls:

  • Business email setup and migration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Domains, DNS, and hosting untangled
  • Workstation setup, troubleshooting, and cleanup
  • Printers, networking, and the mystery problems nobody else wants
  • Straight advice before you buy hardware or sign up for software

Hourly or as a small monthly retainer for ongoing coverage.

Billing

Invoices are sent electronically and payable by card or bank transfer (ACH) — no checks to mail unless you prefer them.
